Fast growth tech company, applying AI to the telecoms industry, is looking to hire a Senior Backend Engineer to join their growing team.

The role will involve working closely with ML and AI engineers on integrating Voice AI solutions and ML pipelines with their backend core.

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Experience building and operating scalable production systems
  • Experience with Go and Python, alongside as many areas of the tech stack, plus a willingness to learn
  • High level of ownership – comfortable picking up undefined problems and driving them to done in a small team

Desirable – experience with real-time or latency-sensitive systems (streaming, telephony/SIP/WebRTC, or similar)
