Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Core Java and Python.
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop scalable microservices, REST APIs, and data-intensive systems.
- Architect services supporting large-scale, performance-critical computations.
- Lead projects across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Build automated test suites for performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide Level 3 support.
- Conduct code reviews, define engineering best practices, and mentor engineers.
- Optimise JVM and application performance through profiling and tuning.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java and Python.
- Excellent knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on knowledge of Jenkins/GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with JVM profiling, performance optimisation, and DevOps automation.
- Understanding of secure, scalable, traceable, and production-ready AI deployments.
- Proven experience in production support and root-cause analysis.
Nice to Have
- Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, or caching technologies.
- Financial services or financial market data experience.
- Cucumber, JBehave, or Karate.
- Team leadership, mentoring, or Scrum Master experience.
