We’re looking for a Senior Barback to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London.

The Blues Kitchen is an award-winning restaurant, bar, and live music venue known for its Southern-inspired food, expertly crafted cocktails, and world-class live music programme. Across our London venues, we host incredible artists every night while serving up all-American comfort food and a lively bar atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone experienced and reliable who can support the bar team and help keep the bar running smoothly during busy services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting bartenders and bar supervisors during busy services.
  • Leading barback duties and helping organise the back bar during shifts.
  • Restocking fridges, glassware, ice, and bar supplies efficiently.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
  • Helping ensure the bar team can deliver fast and consistent service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working as a barback in a busy bar or hospitality venue.
  • A strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication.
  • A genuine interest in bars and hospitality.

What To Expect

  • Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71–£13.71 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
