Role Description

Qualifications

  • Strong technical barbering skills, including modern and classic cutting techniques, fades, beard shaping, and wet shaves.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and provide personalized style advice.
  • Knowledge of hair and scalp care, grooming products, and basic cosmetic product use relevant to barbering services.
  • Attention to hygiene and safety standards, including proper tool sanitation and adherence to local health regulations.
  • Previous experience in a senior, lead, or mentor barber role, with the ability to guide and support junior barbers.
  • Good time management skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment.
  • Relevant vocational qualification or certification in barbering or hairdressing, and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
