Role Description
The Senior Barber is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves performing advanced barbering services, including haircuts, beard grooming, shaving, and styling for a diverse range of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Consulting with clients to understand their preferences

Qualifications
- Strong technical barbering skills, including modern and classic cutting techniques, fades, beard shaping, and wet shaves.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and provide personalized style advice.
- Knowledge of hair and scalp care, grooming products, and basic cosmetic product use relevant to barbering services.
- Attention to hygiene and safety standards, including proper tool sanitation and adherence to local health regulations.
- Previous experience in a senior, lead, or mentor barber role, with the ability to guide and support junior barbers.
- Good time management skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment.
- Relevant vocational qualification or certification in barbering or hairdressing, and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
