Senior Specialist - Business Development, Global Marketing
Location: London
Type: Full-Time
Overview
Support international marketing and business development initiatives, with a focus on the London and Brussels offices. The role will work closely with the firm's International Disputes (Dispute Resolution, Litigation & Arbitration) and Environmental, Food & Chemicals practice groups, driving profile-raising activities, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pitches, proposals, credentials statements, and client presentations
- Support and deliver events, webinars, sponsorships, and client-facing initiatives
- Manage business development projects and marketing campaigns from conception through to execution
- Draft and coordinate legal directory submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500
- Maintain CRM data and track business development activity and opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify client development opportunities
- Produce marketing content, including client alerts, articles, website updates, and thought leadership materials
- Support partners and lawyers with business development plans, client targeting, and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with the Dispute Resolution, Litigation & Arbitration, and Environmental, Food & Chemicals practice groups to drive profile-raising and growth objectives

Requirements
- 5+ years' business development and marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience supporting litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, regulatory, or sector-focused practice groups is advantageous
- Strong writing, project management, and organisational skills
- Proven experience with pitches, proposals, events, and legal directory submissions
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting on BD activity
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders

Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility required to support international teams and events as needed.
