This role will support projects across the southern region of the sector, covering all areas south of Birmingham. Working closely with the Behavioural & Wellbeing Manager, the successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and site management teams, driving positive behavioural change, promoting workforce wellbeing, and embedding a strong safety culture across our operations.
Making Possible
- To create and sustain a world-class safety culture across the workforce on our projects.
- To develop trusting relationships with the workforce by regular direct contact in safe environments where safety concerns can be freely raised and acted upon.
- To keep safety issues and hazard awareness fresh through little and often initiatives that promote the individual's ownership, accountability, and obligation to share safe working practices without exception.
- To promote tolerance, diversity, equality, wellbeing, and positive mental health behaviours.
- To work in collaboration with project leads to provide behavioural and culture change focus creating a clear distinction between safety behaviour and culture and the work the safety advisors do.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
