About The Company
An award-winning law firm with an international presence are looking to hire a Senior Benefits Advisor to work internationally as part of the wider HR team.
About The Role
The role will entail:
- Act as the first point of contact on benefit queries and provide advice on various programs
- Manage the benefits platform, including managing reports
- Utilise data analytics to enhance offering
- Complete competitor analysis
- Oversee training and benefits budget
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors
- Salary and benefit benchmarking
- Manage the annual benefits renewal process
