HR Support is collaborating with an award-winning and innovative international law firm to find them an experienced Senior Benefits Advisor to join their growing team. Reporting to their Head of Reward, this is a highly autonomous role with strategic input and extensive stakeholder engagement.
The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, an amazing company culture, and an incredibly supportive team. They would also consider someone who wanted to work 4 days per week (part time), coming into the office twice a week.

They are looking for a capable and knowledgeable Senior Benefits Advisor with a strong background within a Benefits role, ideally gained in-house within a law firm or similar professional services firm.
This experience could be a broad mix of Compensation and Benefits, as long as your passion is on the Benefits and Wellbeing side.
Experience using a benefits platform such as Darwin or Benifex, together with strong reporting and analytical skills (Excel), will be highly advantageous.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration across their UK and international offices.
- Manage the annual renewal process, including reporting and analysis (with the support of a Reward Analyst).
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor service levels, and support ongoing improvements.
- Respond to and resolve complex employee benefits queries as an escalation point.
- Produce benefits reporting and insights using Excel.
- Develop strong working relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to the wider HR team on benefits-related matters.
- Support the Reward Manager with the management of the benefits budget.
