I'm working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Advisor to join their Reward & HR team.
This is a broad, high-impact role responsible for supporting and developing a comprehensive UK and international benefits offering while contributing to wider reward initiatives. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence reward and benefits strategy across a global organisation.

Key requirements:

- Strong Excel and analytical capability
