Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist
Location: London (3 Days in the Office, 2 from home)
Salary: £62,000 - £67,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist to join a leading professional services organisation in London.
You'll play a key role in managing and supporting employee benefits and wellbeing programmes across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure an effective and consistent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support employee benefits and wellbeing programmes across multiple regions.
- Coordinate benefits administration, renewals and ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with HR and external providers to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate benefits data across HRIS and related systems.
- Support benefits reporting, compliance and process improvements.
- Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on benefits and wellbeing initiatives.

About You
- Experience working within a US-headquartered organisation is desirable.
- Professional qualification in Reward, Benefits or HR, such as CIPD or equivalent.
- Strong experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems.
- Experience supporting benefits programmes across Europe or multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach.
