Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Advisor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for an experienced and proactive Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Advisor to join their collaborative HR team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a benefits and wellbeing specialist to take ownership of the employee benefits and wellbeing agenda across Europe, acting as a trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner to colleagues across the firm.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring the benefits and wellbeing programmes are competitive, compliant, cost-effective and genuinely support employees. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, HR colleagues, Finance, HR Systems, brokers and external providers, while having the opportunity to shape and continuously improve the benefits offering.

The successful applicant will take a leading role across the full benefits and wellbeing lifecycle, including:

  • Managing and continuously enhancing benefits programmes across London and Europe.
  • Leading annual benefits renewals, including market reviews, benchmarking, utilisation analysis and provider performance reviews.
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex benefits queries and building strong relationships with brokers and providers.
  • Overseeing pension arrangements, including governance, contributions and auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Developing engaging benefits communications, presentations and educational materials for employees and partners.
  • Partnering with HR Systems to maintain and enhance benefits functionality within systems such as Workday, ensuring data accuracy and an excellent employee experience.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on absence management, workplace adjustments and employee wellbeing.
  • Working alongside HR colleagues and managers on complex absence cases, return-to-work planning, workplace adjustments and Occupational Health matters.
  • Analysing benefits and absence data to identify trends, measure effectiveness and provide meaningful insight to HR leadership.
  • Managing relationships with benefits brokers, pension providers and wellbeing partners, ensuring high-quality service and value.
  • Supporting benefits budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service and introduce more efficient ways of working.
  • Providing guidance and support to the HR team member responsible for benefits and wellbeing administration.
  • Contributing to wider HR projects and global people initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with strong experience managing benefits and/or wellbeing programmes gained from within an international law firm or professional services environment, excellent project management skills, and strong commercial awareness.

A professional qualification such as CIPD or an equivalent reward/benefits qualification, and experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems would be advantageous. Experience supporting benefits across Europe or multiple jurisdictions would also be welcomed.

A highly competitive salary range is on offer and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.
