SENIOR BFSI SALES HUNTER/FARMER
Location: UK or Switzerland | Open to candidates willing to relocate to Switzerland
I am currently recruiting for a senior sales professional to join a global leader in AI and Digital Transformation, focusing on growing their Banking and Insurance (BFSI) business across the UK and Switzerland.
What will you be doing?
- Growing and protecting existing client relationships within Banking and Insurance
- Developing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identifying, developing, and winning new logo opportunities
- Selling complex AI, Digital Transformation, and Technology solutions
- Owning the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to deal closure
- Building and growing a strong BFSI sales pipeline across the UK and/or Switzerland

What are we looking for?
- Proven sales experience within the Banking & Financial Services and/or Insurance sector
- Strong track record of selling AI, Digital Transformation, Technology Services, Cloud, Data, or Digital solutions
- Experience managing existing strategic accounts while also driving new business
- A proven hunter mentality, combined with strong account growth and relationship management capabilities
- Senior-level experience with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Location: Candidates can be: Based in the UK / Based in Switzerland / open to relocating to Switzerland
🗣️ Fluent English is essential. German and/or French language skills would be highly advantageous for the Swiss market.
