We're partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Senior Bid Designer to join its Creative Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer looking to take ownership of a creative function, lead high-profile projects and play a key role in maintaining and evolving a respected brand. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering creative solutions that support both internal teams and external clients.

The role is broad and varied, combining hands-on design work with project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. You'll be responsible for overseeing creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring all work is on-brand, delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of creative projects across a range of channels and formats
  • Maintain and develop brand standards across the business
  • Create and oversee presentations, branded collateral, internal communications and client-facing documentation
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Review and quality-check creative work to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions
  • Support, mentor and guide members of the creative team
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, ways of working and overall output quality

We're keen to speak with experienced designers who can demonstrate a strong portfolio, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for creative excellence.

You'll also have:

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience operating in a senior design or creative position
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas and drive improvements where needed
