Overview

Expleo is a global engineering, technology and consulting service provider that partners with leading organisations to guide them through their business transformation, helping them achieve operational excellence and future-proof their businesses.

Expleo boasts an extensive global footprint, powered by 19,000 highly skilled experts delivering value in 50 countries and generating more than €1.4 billion in revenue.

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will lead and manage complex bid and proposal activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, competitive submissions across a range of projects. You will ensure that all bid deliverables are fully compliant with client requirements, contractual terms, industry standards, and internal governance processes, while driving value, risk management, and commercial excellence throughout the bid lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end bid management across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring delivery to cost, quality, and schedule
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously (volume of bids is more important than scale of bids)
  • Apply Shipley best-practice methodology, including planning, governance, reviews, and compliance management
  • Rapidly adapt to and operate within the client Lifecycle bid process, maintaining strong governance and audit trails
  • Plan and manage bid schedules, resources, and review cycles
  • Coordinate inputs from engineering, commercial, finance, legal, and supply chain teams
  • Ensure full compliance with customer requirements and internal governance standards
  • Identify and manage bid risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
