Senior Bid Manager

Hybrid - UK

£60,000 - £80,000

Capgemini is committed to delivering high-quality services and solutions that meet customer expectations and contractual commitments. The CCM / Export SME is responsible for ensuring the delivery and commercial risks are understood with specific responsibility for assessment and management of export compliance.

The role provides expert input to bids and delivery on export risks, export licensing requirements and compliance management. The SME will manage all ERD UK licences and be accountable for reporting and audit against these licence.

  • Provide expert guidance on UK export/import controls and US EAR/ITAR requirements, ensuring compliance across all business activities.
  • Assess and classify export-controlled deliverables, identifying and mitigating trade compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve Export and Technology Compliance Plans, policies, training and governance processes.
  • Manage export licences, audits, reporting and compliance investigations, supporting compliant bids, contracts and commercial delivery.
