Senior Bid Writer
I am looking for a Senior Bid Writer to join a well-established, design-led architectural practice with an international presence. They are known for delivering high-quality, considered design across a diverse range of sectors and project scales.
Working across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering projects from concept through to completion, combining creativity with technical excellence.
The Opportunity
This is a hybrid role, onsite 3 days a week in North London, 2 days from home.

This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual looking to take ownership of bid submissions within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You will play a key role in shaping written and visual content, helping to present the business in a clear and compelling way.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality bid and tender submissions
- Support bid / no bid decisions
- Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities
- Prepare engaging presentations aligned with brand guidelines
- Assist with fee proposals and project-related documentation
- Maintain and improve internal bid processes and materials

Requirements
- Strong written and communication skills
- Good graphic and presentation ability
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience
- Previous experience within a design, architecture or creative environment
