Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a leading technology and professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Bid Writer on a permanent basis.
This role is primarily remote with some ad hoc travel to a UK office once a month.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bid professional to play a key role in securing complex public and private sector opportunities. Working closely with sales, commercial, technical, and delivery teams, you'll be responsible for creating compelling, client-focused proposals that help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality bid and proposal responses.
- Create compelling content and win themes tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate contributions from technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to deadline.
- Support continuous improvement of bid processes and proposal quality.

About You
- Strong bid or proposal writing experience within technology, digital, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Experience supporting complex public and private sector bids.
- Knowledge of UK procurement processes, including RFPs, ITTs, and frameworks.
- Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with bid methodologies would be advantageous.
