Role Overview

We're working with a well-established programmatic audience specialist (B2B, Auto & FinPro focus) to find a Senior Biddable Manager for a senior, client-facing leadership role within their Delivery Team, reporting into the Head of Delivery & Product.

A great step-up opportunity for an experienced programmatic professional who wants to blend hands-on DSP expertise with real leadership and strategic influence - owning delivery for some of the business's largest and most strategic accounts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery for the business's most strategic client accounts
  • Mentoring junior team members and building out internal learning/upskilling resources
  • Working closely with the Head of Delivery and Senior Delivery Managers to shape team workflows and best practice
  • Owning vendor and platform relationships, and driving new platform opportunities
  • Leading Test & Learn programs and campaign QA across the team
  • Representing the business in client calls, presentations and quarterly reviews
  • Contributing to new business pitches and wider agency initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
