Senior Biddable Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Biddable Manager to play a key leadership role in our Delivery Team. This is a senior role in the team, reporting into the Head of Delivery & Product, and it combines hands-on programmatic expertise, team development, and strategic thinking.

You’ll oversee critical client accounts, lead initiatives to enhance delivery performance, and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence across omnichannel programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Senior Biddable Manager is to be a leader within the Delivery Team, making impact across our largest clients and supporting the development of direct reports and the wider team.

Strategic Client Oversight

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for our most strategic clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Teams and Encore Commercial Teams to optimise account delivery and process efficiencies.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, upskilling, and performance feedback.
  • Work with the Head of Delivery and Senior Delivery Managers to improve team workflows and implement best practices.
  • Build internal learning materials to support ongoing development across the department.

Vendor & Platform Engagement

  • Own vendor relationships, including onboarding new platforms, managing partner growth, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Proactively identify new platform opportunities and champion innovative solutions.

Campaign Strategy & Oversight

  • Guide Test & Learn programs — proposing new product/platform tests with clear business cases.
  • Lead campaign QA and provide consultative support on setup and optimisation across team projects.
  • Represent Encore on client calls, presentations, and quarterly reviews, delivering insights with confidence.

Business Enablement

  • Support wider Encore initiatives and contribute to new business and pitch responses as needed.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in end-to-end programmatic campaign activation, including planning, activation, and reporting.
  • Strong track record in omnichannel DSPs: The Trade Desk, DV360, and/or StackAdapt (experience in Teads Ad Manager a plus). The Trade Desk is a must for this role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Encore’s core platforms, with added fluency in GA4 and DCM (certifications preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of all Programmatic channels, including Display, OLV, DOOH, Connected TV, Audio, and Native.
  • Experience managing people and/or complex multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Confident communicator — able to lead conversations, present ideas, and handle challenges diplomatically.
  • Critical thinker with a strategic mindset — contributing to the long-term success of the Encore business.
  • Knowledge of additional biddable channels such as Paid Search and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta) very beneficial.
  • Maintains the full spectrum of capabilities expected at Senior Executive level.
