Desired Skills and Experience
Senior BigFix SME | London | 6-Month Contract
A hands-on Senior BigFix SME is required to provide end-user-facing technical support across BigFix agent deployment, inventory scanning and troubleshooting. Based in London on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the office, this contract involves direct engagement with end users and application owners during scheduled remote support sessions.

You will take ownership of installation, validation and troubleshooting activities, diagnosing complex deployment issues and providing clear technical guidance without relying on senior engineering resources.
