About the Company

Our client is a growing residential block and estate management business. They've built a strong reputation in the sector over the past few years, including significant growth of their portfolio. Their client base includes some prestigious developments, and this new Senior Property Manager position has been created specifically to support that continued growth.

About the Role

As Senior Property Manager, you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of diverse blocks and estates, acting as the first point of contact for your sites and building strong working relationships with directors and other key client contacts. You'll carry out regular site visits, chair meetings, and provide sound technical guidance where it's needed. You'll need your own car for site visits, with mileage and expenses covered.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for your portfolio of blocks and estates
  • Carry out site visits and produce clear, actionable reports
  • Chair directors' meetings and AGMs
  • Manage risk across your portfolio
  • Provide technical guidance to boards of directors and other key client contacts

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in block management
  • At least 1 year responsible for a property portfolio
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
  • Undergraduate degree

Required Skills

  • Strong numeracy and financial analysis skills
  • Confident written communication

Preferred Skills

  • ATPI qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience using property management software
