About our client
Our client is a well-established property management business overseeing a large, high-profile residential development in Central London.
The role
They're looking for a senior block manager to take on day-to-day management of the development, based on site three days a week. You'll have oversight of a large on-site team.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operation of a single large residential development
- Overseeing an on-site team
- Working alongside the on-site development manager to coordinate site operations
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Overseeing health & safety and Building Safety Act compliance across the site
- Handling leaseholder and resident queries, complaints, and disputes professionally

Skills and experience
Essential:
- At least 5 years' experience in leasehold property/block management
- Experience managing large single-site residential developments
- Experience managing and overseeing on-site staff teams
- Solid knowledge of service charge budgets and relevant leasehold legislation

- Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act and HRB compliance
- MTPI (or working towards)
