DXC Luxoft Financial Services Blockchain Developer Opportunity
DXC Luxoft Financial Services is partnering with a leading UK financial institution to deliver cutting-edge Digital Asset and Web3 solutions. We're looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to help design and build enterprise-grade digital asset platforms, working at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology. This is an opportunity to contribute to tokenization, digital custody, smart contracts, and next-generation financial infrastructure within a highly collaborative global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy Web3 components including smart contracts, wallet integrations, protocol connectors, and event listeners
- Develop backend services using Java/Spring and Node.js to integrate with public and permissioned blockchain networks
- Write, test, and optimize Solidity smart contracts with a focus on security, reliability, and gas efficiency
- Build event-driven solutions to manage transaction lifecycles, on-chain events, and state synchronization
- Support tokenization, digital custody, and DeFi/TradFi integration initiatives

Required Experience
- Strong commercial experience delivering blockchain and Web3 solutions
- Hands-on Solidity development experience including smart contract design, testing, and deployment
- Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or similar blockchain development frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Web3J, Ethers.js, Web3JS, Viem, or related blockchain SDKs
- Strong backend development skills using Java/Spring and/or Node.js
- Experience designing APIs, microservices, and scalable distributed systems
- In-depth understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycles, and gas models
- Knowledge of wallet infrastructure, private key management, and blockchain security principles
- Experience with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and tokenization frameworks
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles including digital signatures, hashing, and PKI
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD practices
