Whether you're presenting solutions to clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior engineers, or introducing new approaches to smart building integration, your expertise will have a genuine impact.

This role can be based from any of our UK offices, giving you the flexibility to work from a location that suits you while collaborating with colleagues and clients across our national and global business.

- Take Ownership of Major Projects - Be the go-to technical authority for BMS design across large-scale and mission-critical projects. Essential Skills
We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Significant experience in BMS design, with the ability to lead the complete controls design process and confidently justify technical solutions.
- Experience delivering integrated systems, including Access Control, Security, Fire, and Client IT networks.
- A strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Services engineering principles.
- Knowledge of industry standards, certifications, and their practical application throughout project delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience working within a BMS consultancy environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
