Senior Booker - Mens Division
We have a super exciting opportunity for a Senior Booker to lead our Mens Division.
Boss Model Management are known globally as a major resource for introducing new talent to international markets and producing strong new faces, leading to an established Mainboard who are in demand. Established in 1988 we have a first-class reputation and maintain our core Values based on integrity, respect and community.
We are looking for an ambitious, pro-active and focussed individual to lead from the front.
Applicants must have significant knowledge and experience in all aspects of agency representation and feel equally at home with an editorial booking or securing a global campaign. Booking New Faces and Mainboard you will be instrumental in creating opportunities and bookings, whilst maintaining career progression for more established talent by securing contracts and confidently planning next steps with introductions and careful management.

We’ll expect you’ll be a skilled communicator in fashion, editorial, advertising, e-commerce, TVC’s and have a broad understanding of social campaigns, be keen to prove yourself whilst remaining a kind and thoughtful human being.

Our ideal candidate will be proficient in;
- Strong client contacts / relationships in UK and international markets
- Client and Agency relationship management
- Team leadership, team player
- Key scouting
- Negotiating/usage rights
- Results focus
The role is full time in our stylish 5-storey studios/warehouse, in Manchester’s bohemian Northern Quarter with regular visits to London/international markets.
Salary is £40k+ dependent on experience.
