Senior Bookkeeper
Employment Type - Part Time (Freelance - 2 Days per Month)
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to oversee the complete bookkeeping, reconciliations, and routine financial reporting.
If you are experienced using QuickBooks, possess strong intercompany accounting skills, and have a track record of delivering accurate management accounts and VAT returns, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
2D:3D Ltd:
- Ledgers & Invoicing: Manage purchase ledger and payment processing. Process overseas sales invoices into QuickBooks and collaborate with internal colleagues to maintain sales records.
- Reconciliations: Execute routine bank reconciliations, credit card statements, loan accounts, and intercompany balances. Prepare reconciliation reports.
- Reporting & Compliance: Run payroll, manage cash expenditures, and complete quarterly VAT returns.
- Management Accounts: Prepare monthly management accounts (for submission to external bank contacts).
- Accounting Support: Assist the main accountant with queries and year-end preparations.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be AAT qualified, or ACCA / CIMA part-qualified.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience managing complex financial tasks.
- Candidate must be fluent and highly proficient in QuickBooks.
- Candidate must be experienced in core accounting duties, including quarterly VAT returns, intercompany reconciliations, payroll, subcontractor invoice processing, and management accounts preparation.
- Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and effective at communicating across internal teams and external contacts.
