Are you a menswear or boyswear designer looking for your next challenge?
We're working with a growing, design-led business seeking a talented designer to join its established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either menswear or childrenswear experience who enjoys creating commercial, trend-led product and wants to play a key role in shaping future collections. The role would suit a designer who understands how to interpret trends for different customer groups and can combine creativity with strong commercial awareness.

- Working across boyswear collections, you'll be involved from concept through to final product, developing ranges that are relevant, exciting and commercially successful.
- A significant part of the role involves translating broader fashion trends and adult-inspired product into childrenswear, making it an especially interesting opportunity for designers coming from a menswear background.
Requirements
- We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in menswear, boyswear or childrenswear design who have a strong product eye, excellent trend awareness and a commercial approach to design.
- You'll be confident presenting ideas, collaborating with colleagues across the business and taking ownership of your work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills are particularly important.
