Licensed fashion and sports collections succeed when product, presentation and commercial performance align in every location. This role owns merchandising execution that turns licences into sell-through, ensuring ranges look compelling, stock turns fast and partners achieve their targets. You will shape how products appear and perform on the shop floor, directly influencing revenue and brand perception.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver 15%+ year-on-year like-for-like sales growth in assigned branches by optimising range architecture, fixture layouts and promotional calendars within 90 days of each season launch.
  • Reduce markdowns by 20% through data-led allocation, in-season replens and timely exit of slow movers, measured against seasonal budgets.
  • Achieve 95% on-time, on-quality visual merchandising compliance across all locations by training store teams and conducting monthly audits.
  • Increase average transaction value 8% via cross-merchandising of complementary licensed lines and targeted in-store storytelling.
  • Cut excess inventory holding by 25% while maintaining 98% availability of hero SKUs through weekly sell-through analysis and supplier collaboration.
  • Launch two new licensed ranges per year with full visual and commercial playbooks that hit first-month sell-through targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
