About UNIQLO

UNIQLO is a leading brand of the Fast Retailing Group, one of the largest apparel retailers in the world. UNIQLO respects the individuality and lifestyle of all customers and takes pride in creating high quality, long-lasting, innovative clothing at an affordable price.

Role: Senior Branch Merchandiser

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Branch Merchandiser to sit within the Europe team, based in our London office. You will work closely with the inventory control manager as well as the merchandising planning and store operations team to understand and execute the planned inventory strategy for your selected product areas.

This is an opportunity for a driven and analytical inventory professional to make a direct impact on product availability across UNIQLO Europe. Working closely with retail, merchandising, and logistics teams, you will use data and insight to optimise stock levels, maximise sales opportunities, and ensure customers can find the products they want, wherever they shop.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inventory levels across stores and e-commerce to maximise product availability and sales.
  • Analysing stock performance and making data-driven decisions to achieve key business KPIs.
  • Optimising auto-allocation settings to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Driving stock consolidation and redistribution activities to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Partnering with retail, merchandising, and logistics teams to resolve stock issues and improve performance.
  • Supporting inventory strategies across multiple European markets.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
