Mode Search is supporting a prestigious international luxury jewellery house with the search for an accomplished Senior Brand Ambassador.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly commercial luxury retail professional with a strong track record in fine and high jewellery, combining client development, relationship building and exceptional product knowledge. The successful candidate will play an important role in growing the high jewellery business, developing new and existing VIP relationships and delivering an outstanding level of service throughout the client journey.

The Maison is currently going through an exciting period of transformation, evolving beyond its traditional positioning within classic fine jewellery and establishing itself more broadly as a leading global jewellery house. As part of this evolution, the brand is expanding its creative and cultural presence through couture and fashion shows, new creative collaborations, global activations and elevated High Jewellery collections.

The position is based in London within the brand’s flagship boutique. The role will work closely with the wider team and Head Office, ensuring a seamless approach to client relationships and commercial opportunities across the business. The successful candidate will also act as a senior presence within the team, supporting and developing less experienced Brand Ambassadors.

The role

  • Drive strong sales performance across all product categories, with particular emphasis on fine and high jewellery.
  • Proactively identify, recruit and develop new high jewellery clients while strengthening relationships with an established client portfolio.
  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised luxury experience at every stage of the client journey.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with VIP and high-value clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and grow commercial value.
  • Develop relationships with relevant business introducers and external networks to generate new high jewellery opportunities.
  • Use exceptional product knowledge and storytelling to communicate the house’s heritage, craftsmanship and collections in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and ownership, identifying opportunities to increase sales and contribute to the wider performance of the boutique.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in accordance with internal processes and guidelines.
  • Ensure continuity of client relationships across the retail network and Head Office, collaborating effectively with colleagues to provide a seamless service.
  • Act as a mentor and source of expertise for less experienced Brand Ambassadors, sharing knowledge and supporting their ongoing development.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations relating to diamonds, jewellery and product expertise.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing culture, adapting to changing commercial priorities and supporting the wider team as required.
  • Bring new ideas and creative thinking to client engagement and sales development, remaining informed about the luxury market, industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and presentation at all times.
  • Demonstrate consistent vigilance and ensure appropriate procedures are followed to protect the security and safety of clients, colleagues and valuable merchandise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
