Senior Brand Ambassador
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Brand Ambassador to join the flagship London boutique of one of the world’s most prestigious luxury jewellery Maisons.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established luxury sales professional who combines significant commercial success with genuine expertise and confidence in high jewellery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multi-million-pound annual sales, alongside the ability to build trusted relationships with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
The Role
As a Senior Brand Ambassador, you will be a highly visible representative of the Maison, delivering an exceptional and deeply personalised client experience while driving significant commercial results.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with an established portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, including VICs.
- Consistently delivering multi-million-pound annual sales, with a strong track record of exceeding commercial expectations.
- Confidently selling high jewellery and exceptional pieces, demonstrating the knowledge, credibility and storytelling ability required to engage discerning collectors.
- Developing new client relationships while strategically growing and retaining an existing network.
- Delivering highly personalised consultations, understanding individual client preferences, lifestyle and purchasing motivations.
- Representing the Maison with authenticity, sophistication and a deep understanding of its heritage, craftsmanship and values.
- Supporting private appointments, exclusive events and VIC experiences both within the boutique and externally.
- Working collaboratively with the wider boutique team to maximise client opportunities and deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience.
- Acting as a senior presence within the boutique and sharing knowledge, best practice and clienteling expertise with colleagues.

About You
We are looking for someone who is already operating at the very highest level of luxury retail and can demonstrate:
- A proven track record of multi-million-pound annual sales within luxury jewellery or an equivalent ultra-luxury environment.
- Strong and demonstrable experience selling high jewellery, with the confidence to engage clients around exceptional and significant-value pieces.
- An established UHNW/VIC client book and strong network, with evidence of developing meaningful long-term relationships.
- Outstanding clienteling and relationship-management skills, with a highly personalised approach to every interaction.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert significant sales opportunities.
- Sophisticated communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey craftsmanship, heritage and exclusivity naturally.
- A polished, credible and authentic presence, with the confidence to represent a globally recognised luxury Maison.
- A genuine passion for jewellery, luxury and exceptional client experiences.
- The ability to operate comfortably at senior level while remaining hands-on and highly engaged with clients.
