This role is based out of our London office with time spent working in the office and at home.

Salary and benefits

£60,000 - £72,000 DOE plus an indicative bonus of 16-32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role

As Senior Brand Campaign Manager, you will own the consumer brand activation and content plan, translating agreed brand priorities into two to three major bursts of integrated activity each year. You will shape and lead each activation end-to-end, from brief and strategic development through creative and media planning, approvals, launch, optimisation and evaluation.

Bringing exceptional programme management, creative judgement and media fluency, you will lead agency partners and cross-functional teams to deliver distinctive activity on time, on budget and against agreed outcomes. You will also help shape and deliver the consumer activation pilot, applying insight and learning to strengthen future activity.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the consumer brand activation and content plan, translating agreed priorities into two to three integrated activation programmes and a consumer activation pilot, with clear objectives, success measures and learning applied to future activity.
  • Lead each activation end-to-end, connecting audience insight, creative strategy, media and channel planning across paid, owned and earned activity to deliver distinctive work against agreed outcomes.
  • Lead agencies, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, setting clear briefs and creative standards, constructively challenging recommendations and creating alignment, pace and accountability throughout delivery.
  • Maintain strong programme and commercial discipline, managing timelines, budgets, investment, governance, dependencies, risks and approvals while using performance insight to optimise activity and inform future decisions

  • Significant experience shaping and delivering integrated consumer brand activations from strategy and brief through to evaluation.
  • Exceptional programme management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream activity on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Strong creative judgement and media planning knowledge, with the confidence to challenge and improve agency recommendations.
  • Proven ability to lead agency partners and cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to use brand, audience and campaign insight to optimise activity and inform decisions.
