Overview

This is not a traditional brand role.

We're not looking for someone to spend their time building campaign plans, managing agency decks, or creating marketing calendars.

We're looking for someone who can help define how Hairburst communicates. Someone who understands customers deeply.

Someone who knows what messages will resonate, what content will perform, what trends are worth paying attention to, and what should be ignored.

Hairburst is on a mission to become the number one destination for hair health.

We help people solve real problems like hair loss, thinning, and breakage through science-backed, evidence-based products.

As we continue to grow across DTC, retail, Amazon, and international markets, we're looking for a Senior Brand & Communications Manager to help shape how we tell that story.

This role sits at the centre of brand, social, content, customer insight, and communication.

You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure we're consistently communicating the right message, in the right way, to the right audience.

You'll be responsible for helping Hairburst become the most trusted voice in hair health.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Communication

This is the most important part of the role.

  • You'll help define how Hairburst communicates across every touchpoint.
  • You'll take complex topics around hair health, wellness, and beauty and turn them into simple, compelling messages that customers understand and engage with.
  • You'll ensure our communication remains clear, consistent, and aligned across social, influencer, DTC, retail, Amazon, and international markets.
  • You'll be an exceptional writer, editor, and communicator with a strong attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
