About Equity Residences

Equity Residences is a luxury real estate investment fund that combines professionally managed real estate investment funds with extraordinary travel experiences. Our investors own units in diversified portfolios of exceptional residences while enjoying access to some of the world's most sought-after destinations.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional communications leader who will elevate our brand voice, strengthen investor communications, and build one of the most respected editorial functions in the luxury investment industry.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced communications professional with the mindset of an editor, the curiosity of a journalist, and the strategic thinking of a marketer.

This is not a traditional content marketing role.

You will become the guardian of the Equity Residences brand voice, ensuring every piece of communication, from investor emails and blogs to advertising campaigns and press releases, reflects the quality, credibility and sophistication our investors expect.

Working closely with the Head of Investor Relations, you will transform investor insights, sales conversations and company expertise into compelling stories that educate, inspire and support fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Equity Residences Brand Voice

  • Become the editorial owner of the Equity Residences brand voice across every communication channel.
  • Continuously refine our messaging, positioning and editorial standards.
  • Develop and maintain company style guides and messaging frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency across every investor touchpoint.

Editorial Leadership

Serve as the final editor for all investor-facing communications, including:

  • Email campaigns
  • Blog articles
  • Website content
  • Landing pages
  • Social media
  • Investor presentations
  • Sales collateral
  • Video scripts
  • Press releases

You will ensure every communication is:

  • Clear
  • Persuasive
  • Accurate
  • On-brand
  • Investor-focused

Content Strategy & Storytelling

Develop integrated editorial strategies that support fundraising and brand awareness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
