Senior Brand Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Brand Designer based in United Kingdom.

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in shaping distinctive visual identities for a portfolio of international brands within a fast-paced digital environment. You will transform strategic insights into scalable brand systems that elevate recognition and consistency across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with brand strategists and cross-functional teams, you will develop creative concepts, present design solutions to stakeholders, and ensure the highest standards of execution. Accountabilities

  • Design and develop complete visual identities for new brands, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, illustrations, photography direction, and graphic elements.
  • Create comprehensive brand books and design guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across teams and channels.
  • Build scalable and cohesive brand systems that support long-term growth and adaptability.
  • Demonstrate how brand identities are applied across a variety of digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Present and justify creative decisions to stakeholders, linking design solutions to business objectives and incorporating constructive feedback.
  • Prepare production-ready design files and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent execution.
  • Partner with brand strategists to translate business strategies and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
  • Maintain clear differentiation across multiple brands while ensuring overall design quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in brand design, visual identity, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing logos, branding systems, visual identities, and brand guidelines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools for concept generation, mood boards, or creative exploration.
  • Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to create scalable design systems and translate business needs into effective visual solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence explaining and defending design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work with great attention to detail.
  • Experience in multi-brand environments, knowledge of brand strategy, iGaming or technology industries, typography customization, or a relevant design degree would be considered an advantage.
