About Us

BKC is an emotionally driven, strategy-led design studio. We work with CPG brands poised for growth to refine their positioning, brand, and packaging, so that the right people can find them and love them (forever). Our work is in service of balance. Clarity vs creativity, work vs play, delight vs disrupt. Somewhere in that tension, is the magic that already exists in an idea.

We cook up distinctive identities, packaging systems, and brand worlds that drive business results for the brands we partner up with. We believe killer work comes from curiosity, collaboration, and being a bit of a weirdo. We're committed to creating an environment where designers can learn, grow, and do the best work of their careers.

A lot of the above sounds quite serious. At the end of the day, we’re all just ants, and it’s pretty cool to go all in on the things you love. We might like to do that with you.

About the Role

As a Senior Designer, you'll lead the execution of significant creative work streams, shaping projects from concept through to delivery while ensuring exceptional standards of creative quality across the team. You'll play a key role in mentoring designers, building trusted client relationships, and translating strategic briefs into distinctive creative solutions that strengthen brands and deliver genuine commercial impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
