Senior Brand Designer (Freelance)
Start ASAP - End of November
Location: Egham / Windsor | Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
We are working with an innovative, science-led organisation embarking on an exciting new chapter as it develops a premium luxury beauty brand from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the visual identity of a completely new proposition, combining cutting-edge scientific innovation with exceptional creative thinking. Working at the highest end of the luxury market, you'll have the opportunity to influence every visual touchpoint of a brand that is being built for an ultra-premium global audience.
The Senior Brand Designer will lead the creative development of an entirely new luxury beauty identity, translating early concepts into a distinctive premium brand world ahead of a high-profile product unveiling later this year.
Role Highlights
- Lead the creation of a luxury brand identity from concept through to execution.
- Develop the visual language, typography, colour palette and overall creative direction.
- Influence premium packaging design for a high-end skincare and beauty range.
- Provide art direction across photography, campaign imagery and creative assets.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the in-house design team to bring the vision to life.

You Will Need
- Significant experience creating luxury brands from the ground up.
- A portfolio demonstrating premium brand identity and packaging projects.
- Experience operating at Design Director or Senior Creative level while remaining hands-on.
- Strong understanding of art direction and luxury visual storytelling.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution.
