Meet the Team 👥

Here at Cleo, we have a team of ~31 people in our Creative Studio ranging from Brand & Motion Designers to Project Coordinators & Performance Marketing Managers ✨ Having an in-house creative team has allowed us to grow and scale our operations to support the new product launches, brand evolution, and all the projects we have and will be doing! At Cleo, our Creative Studio is the voice, visual identity, and storytelling heart of the company. Whether you write, design, direct, storyboard, or run social - you’re shaping culture and brand moments that reach millions of users.

About The Role ✍️

We are currently hiring a Senior Brand Designer, Web & Digital for our Creative Studio. Working with the Head of Design and the rest of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Elevating the brand with a focus on web and digital touch points, creating visual content within website frameworks, and supporting social and broader brand initiatives
  • Bringing a strong understanding of design systems and cohesive branding, paired with creative storytelling and curiosity about the "why" behind the work
  • Collaborating closely with creative partners, contributing perspective, and refining ideas to shape a brand that resonates clearly
  • Operating comfortably with ambiguity, high ownership, and building structure as the team grows
  • Partnering with the Head of Design on responsive website designs, landing pages, digital campaign experiences, and digital assets across desktop and mobile
  • Developing and evolving modular design systems, UI components, templates, and digital style guidelines
  • Translating brand ideas into intuitive digital experiences spanning visual design, UX, UI, accessibility, motion, content, and development considerations
  • Generating strong digital concepts rooted in brand and user experience, communicated clearly through design and presentation
  • Refining UX and UI frameworks for consistent, elegant experiences across devices and breakpoints
  • Presenting work with clear design rationale, collaborating closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders through implementation

What We're Looking For 🕵️

  • Ideally 5+ years experience working in web and digital design
  • Senior-level experience either; In-house at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company, and/or, Studio experience from renowned agencies such as Collins, Uncommon, JKR, Pentagram (or hands-on experience at small, high-impact studios)
  • Demonstrate a strong portfolio of web and digital design work that showcases your craft including branding, web systems/UI kits, and digital experiences
  • A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn, iterate, and improve continuously.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a DIY, roll-up-your-sleeves culture, while maintaining high design standards.
  • User-obsessed approach, ensuring design decisions are informed by audience needs.
  • Ability to lead by example, elevating the design output of the entire team.
  • Fluent in the language of product design, bridging brand and product experiences seamlessly.
