About Tatti Lashes
Tatti Lashes is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer beauty brand, headquartered in Liverpool, with our marketing team based out of the Manchester office. We're a hands-on, fast-paced team where people take real ownership of their area — this isn't a business where you sit back and manage from a distance.
The Role
Confidently owns the management of integrated brand campaigns from strategy through to launch, acting as the central brand hub for every project and campaign. You'll pull plans together across the wider marketing and digital teams — working closely with Ecommerce, NPD and Senior Management to drive always-on brand moments — and partner with Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Organic Social and Creative to bring it all to life. At its core, this is a storytelling role: measuring impact and using the results to shape what comes next.
What You'll Own
- Integrated brand campaigns, from strategy through to launch
- The brand hub — coordinating projects and campaigns across teams
- The always-on brand content calendar and playbook
- Creative briefs and campaign toolkits
- Campaign reporting and impact analysis

- Submit detailed briefs for specific asset needs — video, educational graphics, paid digital — tracking progress closely with Creative to hit deadlines
- Proofread visual assets and copy, including video scripts, stills and headlines, to keep a consistent tone of voice across every brand touchpoint
- Work closely with Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Organic Social and Creative to bring brand moments to life as a professional storyteller
- Analyse campaign results to provide short and long-term strategic recommendations
- Work with the Ecommerce team on how brand activations and launches land on-site, including Shopify product and landing pages

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
