You’ll act as the central brand hub, pulling plans across Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, NPD, Partnerships, Influencer, Organic Social, and Creative to drive always-on brand moments and measurable impact. At its core, this is a storytelling role: you’ll shape narratives, measure what resonates, and use insights to inform what comes next.
What You’ll Own
- Integrated brand campaigns, from strategy through to launch
- The brand hub — coordinating projects and campaigns across teams
- The always-on brand content calendar and playbook
- Creative briefs and campaign toolkits
- Campaign reporting and impact analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated brand campaigns, acting as the go-to brand hub for every project and launch
- Build cross-functional plans with Ecommerce, NPD, and Senior Management to drive always-on brand moments across channels
- Write sharp creative briefs and partner with Creative to develop concepts that build awareness while protecting brand identity and tone of voice
- Develop and maintain an always-on playbook of brand stories, populating the brand content calendar and briefing assets across video, graphics, and paid digital
- Present regularly to Digital, Ecommerce, NPD, and Senior Leadership to introduce campaigns, track progress, and report results
- Produce organised campaign toolkits and decks that bring assets, timelines, and channel plans together for wider team use
- Submit detailed briefs for specific asset needs and track progress with Creative to hit deadlines without compromising quality
- Proofread visual assets and copy — including video scripts, stills, and headlines — to ensure consistent tone of voice across every touchpoint
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Organic Social, and Creative to bring brand moments to life as a professional storyteller
- Analyse campaign results and translate data into short- and long-term strategic recommendations
- Work with Ecommerce on how brand activations and launches land on-site, including Shopify product and landing pages

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
