About RSM
As one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions - we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.
Make an Impact at RSM UK
We are looking for a Senior Brand Executive to join RSM’s Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team. Our brand is the face of that reputation, and we need someone to own it, protect it, and live it every day.
You will be RSM UK's brand guardian, the person who ensures every client touchpoint, colleague-facing asset, digital channel, piece of merchandise, and event activation looks, feels, and behaves like RSM. You will maintain and enforce the brand guidelines, manage the visual asset library, oversee our photography and portrait programme, and own all branded templates. You will also lead the regional execution of our brand across the UK, from events and sponsorship to merchandise and channel compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the RSM UK brand guidelines. Keep them current with RSM International updates, make them accessible, and make sure the business actually uses them.
- Conducting regular audits across all digital and physical touchpoints (website, intranet, social channels, event materials, office signage) identifying and resolving non-compliance.
- Acting as the approvals point for brand-sensitive materials. Being the person colleagues come to for sign-off whilst being approachable, quick, and clear about what passes and what doesn't.
- Own the digital asset library (DAM), RSM UK's photography and headshot programme end to end and ensuring all images rsm.com, LinkedIn profiles, internal directories, and other channels meet RSM portrait standards.
- Owning all RSM UK branded templates: PowerPoint, Word, email signatures, document covers, and any others in circulation. Ensuring they are current, correctly branded, version-controlled, and stored in the right place so colleagues can find and use them without asking.
- Leading brand compliance across RSM UK's events and sponsorship programme and sourcing, approving, and managing branded merchandise and physical collateral for all business areas.
- Supporting the delivery of the annual brand plan, contributing to campaign briefings, reviewing creative outputs, and ensuring consistency of brand expression across all channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
