About Threecolts

Threecolts is the leading software suite for online & offline consumer brands (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, eBay, etc.). We’ve built a powerful ecosystem of software solutions to help businesses grow smarter — from revenue recovery and retail finance, to multichannel operations and pricing optimization. With over 500 employees globally and strong backing, we’re scaling fast across new markets and new partner channels.

Who We Are

We’re a global team built for speed, trust, and impact. As an AI enabled company, AI is integrated across Threecolts from development through to operations, empowering teams to move faster, build better, improve quality, and make more informed decisions. We hire exceptional people from all backgrounds and give them the autonomy to move fast and the accountability to deliver, where you will wear multiple hats, take ownership of challenges, and proactively solve problems beyond your immediate scope. Change is constant, ambiguity is part of the deal, and clear, concise communication is how we stay aligned, so when in doubt, bring people in.

Job Summary

🛠️ What You'll Do

Own how Threecolts shows up in the market across positioning, content, social, and external communications, helping sellers and brands understand who we are and why our products matter before they ever speak to us.

This is a senior, hands-on role. Threecolts is deliberately building a lean marketing team that operates at high capacity using AI, which means senior people build as well as lead. You’ll spend significant time producing, editing, and shaping work directly rather than managing a large team or delegating execution.

Working across a diverse portfolio, from SMB products such as Seller 365 and AI Operator through to enterprise propositions including Margin Pro and Retail 365, you’ll develop positioning and messaging that reflects the very different needs, buying criteria, and language of each audience.

A core part of the role is building a scalable positioning system across the portfolio, grounded in genuine marketplace insight. That means understanding not only what each ICP values, but what they do not care about, and avoiding generic SaaS messaging that tries to speak to everyone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll own our pillar content and editorial approach, developing substantial pieces of content that can be repurposed across channels and formats. Keyword, topic, and SEO strategy also sit within the role, informed by a strong understanding of our audiences and the questions they are trying to answer.

You’ll own Threecolts’ social presence, PR activity, and influencer approach, shaping the register and narrative we use across external channels. You’ll work closely with Growth and other Marketing teams, setting strong messaging and content foundations that can be applied across campaigns and acquisition activity.

You’ll also play a significant role in maintaining the quality of what Threecolts puts into the market, using strong editorial judgement to produce and review a high volume of work without slowing the organisation down.

Depending on experience, the role may also manage a small number of direct reports or flexible external production resource.

🚀 What We're Looking For

A senior marketing operator with deep marketplace knowledge and strong instinct for how products should be positioned and communicated.

Someone who can move comfortably between a solopreneur running an Amazon business and a Brand Director at a global consumer company, understanding that the language, priorities, and proof points that resonate with each are fundamentally different.

You have strong taste but you are not precious about the process. You can apply editorial judgement quickly, recognise what is good enough to ship, and improve output without becoming a bottleneck.

You are highly hands-on and actively use AI to increase your own capacity. You see AI as part of how modern marketing teams operate, not as a separate initiative or something delegated to junior team members.

You are commercially minded and understand that brand and content ultimately need to contribute to growth. You are comfortable discussing pipeline, conversion, attribution, and revenue alongside positioning, narrative, and creative quality.

Most importantly, you want meaningful ownership rather than a bigger team. You are comfortable working in the detail, producing alongside others, and using technology and judgement to achieve more than the size of the team would suggest.

💰 Compensation, Perks & Benefits

  • Salary £ 80,000 per year
  • 25 days PTO
  • Healthcare & Pension benefits
  • Opportunity to join company-wide offsites
  • Regular rate reviews and bonus opportunities
  • Fully remote/hybrid working
