Brand Partnerships & Experience Manager - UK Mobile

London, UK
£65,000 - £75,000

The Role

We're recruiting a Senior Brand Partnerships & Experience Manager to take ownership of how the brand shows up in the UK, from above-the-line campaigns to a high-profile broadcast partnership, to the consistency of every customer touchpoint in between.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing Communications, translating brand strategy into real, resonant experiences. They'll be the person in the room who knows when something's off-brand and has the credibility to say so and the craft to fix it.

This isn't a purely strategic role. It involves briefing agencies, reviewing creative, managing sponsorship activation, chasing consistency across teams, and building the tools that make brand governance stick.

This role sits within the UK Country Marketing team, with a specific remit for the UK market.

What You'll Own

Broadcast Partnership Activation

  • Take the lead on a high-profile broadcast sponsorship, developing the activation strategy and overseeing delivery across on-air, social, branding, and promotional elements.
  • Track performance and contribute to ROI reporting, helping the business understand what's working and what to sharpen.

Creative Campaign Management

  • Lead the briefing, development, and delivery of ATL campaigns in partnership with creative agencies.
  • Ensure every piece of communications, across every channel, sounds and feels unmistakably on-brand.
  • Work with the wider marketing team on campaign planning, scheduling, and media coordination.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Brand Experience & Consistency

  • Build and maintain the materials, templates, and governance processes that keep the brand consistent across every team and touchpoint.
  • Partner with product, digital, retail, and customer service teams to embed brand standards where they matter most.
  • Identify gaps before they become problems, and bring practical solutions to leadership.

What We're Looking For

A brand professional with genuine creative judgment. Someone who can tell the difference between work that's merely correct and work that's genuinely good.

Roughly 10 years of brand marketing and sponsorship/partnership activation experience is required. Candidates should understand how ATL campaigns are built, have managed agency relationships without losing their point of view, and know what a strong broadcast sponsorship looks like, having delivered one.

The ideal candidate will be as comfortable in a creative review as in a stakeholder meeting, bringing clarity without bureaucracy, and understanding that brand consistency isn't just about guidelines, it's about trust.

They'll also be someone who:
