About the Job
Our Background and Your Main Purpose
Founded in 2016 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Aimee Connolly, Sculpted by Aimee is an Irish-born beauty brand with a global outlook. After earning a degree in business and building a loyal client base as a makeup artist, Aimee identified a gap in the market for products that were both high-performance and easy to use. Sculpted was launched to bridge that gap without ever compromising on results.
At our core is a commitment to empowering our community with multitasking, user-friendly products designed to deliver effortless, radiant results in five minutes or less. We believe beauty is better when everyone’s in on it, creating products that enhance natural features, blend seamlessly, and fit into the real lives of busy modern women. Our philosophy is simple: beauty for every age, at every stage.
In under ten years, Sculpted by Aimee has grown into Ireland’s number one mass cosmetics brand in Boots Ireland*, achieving cult status and competing alongside global beauty leaders. The brand is now stocked in leading retailers including Boots and Selfridges UK, with a strong e-commerce presence serving customers in over 68 countries. Our omni-channel footprint spans more than 500 retail doors across eight markets, alongside four flagship stores in the UK and Ireland.
Our portfolio includes over 140 makeup, skincare and body products, all Leaping Bunny certified and recognised with more than 40 industry awards. Skincare is now our fastest-growing category, driven by a commitment to innovation, advanced formulation, and best-in-class performance. Developed and made in South Korea (the global leader in skincare innovation) our skincare range reflects our dedication to efficacy, quality and continuous improvement.
With over 100 foundation shades and finishes across our complexion range, we are committed to celebrating real skin and championing minimal retouching across our campaigns and social platforms.
*In June 2024 Sculpted by Aimee was ranked the number one mass cosmetics beauty brand in Boots Ireland’s self-selection category.
Due to this exciting growth Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our growing Brand and Marketing team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Role Overview
As our Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the Sculpted by Aimee brand launch and marketing strategy across global markets. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director, you will be a part of a dynamic team responsible for orchestrating innovative marketing campaigns, managing brand activations, and spearheading product launches to enhance brand presence and achieve commercial success.
The Senior Brand Manager is the strategic guardian of the Sculpted by Aimee brand, responsible for ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and flawless execution across every customer touchpoint. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
