We're looking for a strategic, commercially driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the continued growth of the iconic Frylight brand and our Private Label Oils portfolio. This is a high-profile opportunity with end-to-end responsibility for shaping brand strategy, driving commercial performance, and delivering innovation within a key growth category.

As the brand owner, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the future direction of the Oils portfolio, leading insight-driven growth plans, developing standout marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity providing cover within our Marketing team. It offers the chance to make an immediate impact on a well-loved consumer brand while working in a fast-paced, collaborative FMCG environment.

This role is based at our Weybridge office, with the flexibility to work from home up to one day per week, subject to business requirements. Candidates must be able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...

  • Shaping and delivering the long-term growth strategy for Frylight and the wider Oils portfolio.
  • Developing and executing insight-led 1-3 year brand plans that drive sustainable business growth.
  • Taking ownership of brand performance, financial delivery, A&P investment and forecasting.
  • Leading impactful, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer and traditional channels.
  • Collaborating closely with Commercial, Shopper Marketing, Category and Innovation teams to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Building compelling customer propositions and supporting category development initiatives.
  • Managing agency partners to deliver best-in-class creative, packaging and media execution.
  • Monitoring market, brand and financial performance, identifying opportunities and proactively managing risks.
  • Championing product quality and ensuring brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint.
  • Influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment, pace and successful execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
