Allerton Bishop is delighted to be partnering with a leading global animal health company to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to join its European Commercial team, based in London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager looking to take ownership of high-profile consumer health brands, shape European marketing strategy, and drive commercial growth across multiple international markets.
Working closely with regional commercial teams, market access, medical, digital and sales functions, you will lead the development and execution of integrated B2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement and market share across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the European brand strategy and annual marketing plans for a portfolio of animal health products.
- Develop and execute innovative B2C and Direct-to-Consumer marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Drive brand growth through customer insight, market analysis and performance measurement.
- Partner with country commercial teams to ensure effective localisation and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales and Digital teams to deliver compliant, customer-focused campaigns.
- Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets and campaign ROI while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Brand Management or Senior Brand Management within Animal Health, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Experience developing and delivering successful B2C or Direct-to-Consumer marketing strategies across multiple European markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Experience working within a regulated industry would be advantageous.
