Senior Brand Manager – Central London / Hybrid

About the Role
We’re searching for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join the Edgewell Shaving Team. If you’re ambitious, purpose-driven, and eager to grow, this is your chance to drive commercial success for brands like Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Jack Black, Cremo Grooming, and emerging innovations.
Working hybrid (2 days in-office), you’ll develop and execute bold strategies to maximise growth in the UK, Ireland & Nordics—while collaboration and innovation remain at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth
- Develop a market brand strategy with the UK Head of Marketing, leveraging insights to boost brand awareness and penetration.
- Own 18-month rolling marketing plans aligned to global strategy, covering:
- Pricing, promotion, portfolio/product mix
- Local channel strategies
- Brand/media activations
- Ensure plans exceed annual targets for volume, net sales, gross margin, and brand health.

Team & Budget Management
- Coordinate and develop a Junior Brand Manager, offering mentorship and career growth opportunities.
- Manage budgetary investments across stakeholders and agencies, prioritising ROI across:
- Advertising (ATL)
- Digital and social campaigns
- Influencer/partnership activations
- Major promotions (BTL)
- Media buying and PR
Campaign & New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead effective 360-degree campaigns—executed consistently across digital, trade, and instore spaces.
- Adapt global assets with local nuance, ensuring harmonised brand messaging.
- Develop NPD launch plans, from trade sell-ins to global rollouts:
- Define pricing, core principles, and full 360 marketing strategy.
- Align with retailers via Range Reviews and ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder & Commercial Collaboration
- Work with EU Content & Digital teams to strengthen brand presence and targeted consumer engagement online.
- Steer quarterly reviews, Deep Dives, and cross-functional team meetings to ensure trade strategies align with global strategy.
- Evaluate ROI across all marketing activities, refining plans for efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
For this high-impact, high-enthusiasm role, we’re looking for seasoned FMCG or Cosmetics leadership:
- ** syllables from previous experience** in strategic marketing & brand management, with a growth mindset.
- Track record of portfolio management under diverse commercial pressures.
- Hands-on experience in budget development, cross-agency coordination, and multichannel (ATL/BTL) activation.
- Strong relationship-building: collaborating internally, managing stakeholders, and fostering partnerships.
- Proven ability to drive NPD launches, selling the innovation to sales/retailers while aligning to channel needs.
- Minimum graduate-level education in business, marketing, or related discipline.
