Senior Brand Manager – Maternity Cover
9-month contract | Starting 1 December
We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join the TERRY’S team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for helping drive the brand strategy and delivering some of our biggest commercial moments, including Christmas and Easter. The role spans consumer insights, integrated campaigns, retailer sell-in, partnerships, content, PR, and influencer marketing.
You will work closely with our Sales and cross-functional teams, as well as our creative, media, PR, influencer, and research agency partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic brand thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
Consumer & Market Insights
- Lead key consumer research projects with partners such as Kantar and Attest, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the brand.
Category & Retailer Sell-In
- Lead the development of compelling Christmas and Easter sell-in presentations, working closely with Sales and leveraging consumer, category, and performance insights to build a strong commercial story.
Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver key Christmas, Easter, and shopper campaigns across media, digital, and in-store channels, from briefing and development through to execution and evaluation.
Content & Social
- Lead the brand’s content and social strategy and execution, working with agency partners to deliver engaging, distinctive, and effective content.

PR, Influencer & Advocacy
- Lead the PR, influencer marketing, and advocacy strategy across key brand moments, working closely with agency partners to drive awareness, conversation, and earned reach.
Partnerships
- Identify and deliver relevant brand partnerships that build awareness, extend reach, and strengthen brand equity.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong brand management experience, ideally within FMCG
- Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong consumer understanding combined with a commercial mindset
- Experience partnering with Sales teams and developing compelling retailer/customer presentations
- Good understanding of media, social, PR, influencer marketing, and shopper activation
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence managing multiple agencies, workstreams, and priorities simultaneously
- A hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to quickly take ownership and make an impact
Contract: 9-month maternity cover, Start Date 1st December
