Are you a commercially-minded brand marketer who loves building consumer brands and challenging the status quo?
We're partnering with a leading UK FMCG business that is investing heavily behind its portfolio and embarking on an exciting new chapter for several of its flagship brands. Backed by the stability of a major international food group but operating with the pace and autonomy of a much more entrepreneurial organisation, this is a business where marketers are given genuine ownership, encouraged to think differently and trusted to make commercially impactful decisions.
This is a rare opportunity to join the business during a period of strategic investment, taking ownership of two established consumer brands with very different growth agendas. One is an iconic heritage brand requiring modernisation and renewed consumer relevance, while the other presents an exciting opportunity to expand into new audiences, unlock new usage occasions and drive innovation-led growth. The business is committed to investing behind both brands and is looking for someone who can shape their future rather than simply maintain what's already there.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you'll lead the communications and brand-building agenda across your portfolio, owning everything from consumer insight and strategic planning through to integrated campaigns, agency management and innovation projects.
This is a broad role where you'll combine creativity with commercial thinking, partnering closely with Digital, Shopper, Category and Commercial teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable business results. You'll also play a key role in shaping longer-term innovation, developing compelling consumer propositions and leading cross-functional projects from concept through to launch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
