We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead this business' UK marketing and brand strategy, bringing one of Australia’s most iconic premium lifestyle brands to life across retail, wholesale, digital, PR, partnerships, and events. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and delivering integrated campaigns that support commercial growth across every customer touchpoint.
What you’ll do:
- Own and execute the UK brand and marketing plan
- Lead integrated campaigns across retail, digital, wholesale, PR, and media
- Build strategic partnerships and sponsorships
- Deliver standout brand activations, events, and store openings
- Collaborate with teams across the UK and Australia
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing function

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Brand, marketing, or agency leadership experience
- A track record of delivering impactful campaigns
- Strong stakeholder and agency management skills
- Experience across PR, partnerships, media, and retail marketing
- A passion for brand building and customer experience
- Fashion, premium lifestyle, retail, or DTC experience (highly regarded)

This role involves hybrid working with 3 days minimum in the London office, with yearly travel to Sydney. This candidate must be willing to flex their hours on occasion to be able to liaise with the team in Sydney.
